Deskripsi Pekerjaan •A Diploma/ Degree in Business related certification with a minimum 2 years of experience in training and development in a large organization or an MNC •Candidates who possess prior experience in executing IT based technical training projects is a plus •A passion for managing training and events •An demonstrated track record for leadership capabilities. •Highly resourceful, have an extraordinary eye for detail with a passion to deliver •An ability to multi-task and is result oriented; with the ability to work independently and in a team •A resourceful individual with good time management skills •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required •Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills •Excellent command of the English language is a must •Ability to communicate in simple mandarin
