INDONESIA : Account Payable Officer

You will be responsible for:

• Control and preparation of supplier payments, and responsible for timely booking of payments
• Reconciliation of creditors' statement to ledger, resolve outstanding issues
• Overseas payments and transfers
• To ensure that PO/PR agree to the suppliers invoices and get necessary approval before making payments
• Responsible for supplier reconciliations
• Responsible for system improvement for reporting and all purchase process

Your profile:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the best University in Indonesia / or Abroad University, Min. 3 years experience in Account Payable, Have a knowledge in EHS procedures, English is a must, Understanding of Project Accounting added advantage, Excellent in using Personal Computer, A Team Player, Highly motivated and integrated.
